These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bjdb ("bjdb", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at bjdb.app ("the Platform"). These Terms govern all aspects of your registration, use of the Platform, participation in games and sports betting markets, claiming of bonuses, and processing of deposits and withdrawals.

By registering an account on the bjdb Platform, accessing any game, placing any bet, or making any deposit or withdrawal, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bjdb Platform and close your account.

bjdb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bjdb will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check these Terms regularly for updates.

1.1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

Access to and use of the bjdb Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which they maintain an active bjdb Account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bjdb operates a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling. Any Player found to be under the age of 18 will have their Account immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and all deposits returned where legally required.
• You must be registering and playing as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent or representative of any other person or entity.
• You must not be excluded from gambling under any self-exclusion agreement, whether initiated through bjdb's own responsible gaming tools or through any other gambling operator.
• You must be the sole authorised holder of the payment methods used to make deposits to your bjdb Account. You must not use payment methods that belong to a third party.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals who have been declared legally incapacitated or who are subject to legal guardianship are not eligible to register.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close relative of bjdb or any of its affiliated companies, business partners, game providers, or payment processing partners, unless explicitly approved in writing by bjdb management.

2.1 Age Verification

bjdb conducts age verification as part of the registration process. You may be required to submit supporting documentation — such as a National ID Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — to confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. bjdb reserves the right to suspend your Account and withhold any withdrawals pending the successful completion of age verification at any time.

2.2 Underage Gambling

If bjdb discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that a registered Player is under the age of 18, bjdb will immediately suspend the Account, investigate the matter, report the incident in accordance with applicable responsible gaming procedures, and take such further action as is appropriate under the circumstances. bjdb takes underage gambling extremely seriously and will cooperate fully with any relevant investigations.

To access the full range of services available on the bjdb Platform — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals — you must register a bjdb Account. Registration is free of charge and open to all eligible individuals resident in Bangladesh who meet the criteria set out in Section 2 of these Terms.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred contact number. You must not provide false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of the registration process. bjdb reserves the right to verify all information provided and to request supporting documentation at any time.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered Account on the bjdb Platform. The operation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. If bjdb detects duplicate accounts, all associated accounts will be suspended, bonus funds will be permanently forfeited, and any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. bjdb will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bjdb support immediately at [email protected].

3.4 KYC Verification

bjdb operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at bjdb's request:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, or Rocket registered account showing your name)
• Source of funds documentation where deposits exceed certain thresholds

Failure to provide requested verification documents within the timeframe specified by bjdb may result in temporary account restrictions or permanent account closure, with eligible funds returned to the verified payment method on file.

All financial transactions on the bjdb Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bjdb does not charge players any fees for standard deposits or withdrawals processed through supported payment methods. Third-party payment providers may apply their own fees, for which bjdb bears no responsibility.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

bjdb currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

4.2 Minimum & Maximum Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay is ৳200 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Players who have completed full KYC verification may be eligible for higher transaction limits. bjdb reserves the right to amend deposit and withdrawal limits at any time without prior notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted to bjdb are processed within the following timeframes, subject to successful KYC verification and the absence of any active pending investigations on the account:

• bKash & Nagad: 1–4 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours
• Rocket & Upay: 2–6 hours during BST business hours
• Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

bjdb reserves the right to require players to wager their deposit amount at least once (1x) before a withdrawal is processed, as a standard anti-money laundering measure. This requirement applies to cash deposits only and does not alter the wagering requirements attached to bonus funds. Additionally, withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, to maintain consistent payment method ownership verification.

4.5 Refused Transactions

bjdb reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, bjdb will notify the Player via their registered email address and provide an opportunity to respond before any permanent action is taken.

bjdb offers a range of promotional bonuses and incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and IPL. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus policy set out in this section.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus offer terms, all bonus funds credited to a bjdb Account are subject to a wagering requirement. This means that the bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly on each bonus offer page. Players are advised to read the individual bonus terms in full before claiming any offer.

5.2 Bonus Validity Period

All bonus funds credited to a bjdb Account carry an expiry date. Bonus funds that have not been used or that have not met the applicable wagering requirements within the stated validity period will be automatically forfeited without notice. The validity period for each bonus is stated in the individual offer terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

bjdb reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse any bonus and associated winnings if bjdb determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once
• Placing bets that do not contribute to genuine play (e.g., placing offsetting bets across multiple outcomes to guarantee a risk-free profit from bonus funds)
• Using bonus funds in a manner specifically designed to circumvent wagering requirements
• Colluding with other Players to collectively abuse promotional offers

5.4 bjdb's Right to Modify Promotions

bjdb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Player has already claimed the associated bonus, the bonus funds already credited will remain valid subject to the original bonus terms in effect at the time of the claim.

As a registered Player on the bjdb Platform, you agree to use the Platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following obligations and prohibitions apply to all registered Players without exception.

6.1 Player Obligations

• Provide and maintain accurate, current, and complete registration details at all times. Notify bjdb promptly if any of your registered information changes.
• Use the bjdb Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes and not for any commercial, business, or professional gambling activity.
• Ensure that all funds deposited to your bjdb Account originate from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity.
• Cooperate fully with any KYC verification, anti-money laundering check, or responsible gaming review initiated by bjdb.
• Immediately inform bjdb support if you become aware of any error, technical fault, or discrepancy affecting your Account balance or any game outcome.
• Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations regarding online gambling in your jurisdiction.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bjdb Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting any other person in circumventing the one-account-per-player rule.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, algorithm, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Attempting to exploit any technical error, glitch, or vulnerability in the Platform's software or game engines. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reclaimed by bjdb.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity with other players or third parties to manipulate game or sports betting outcomes.
• Depositing or wagering funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or theft.
• Making any chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or mobile financial service provider without first contacting bjdb support to resolve the matter directly. Unjustified chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and recovery proceedings.
• Using the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, if you have been notified by bjdb that your jurisdiction is restricted.
• Attempting to transfer Account balances to another Player's account or to a third party outside of the Platform's normal withdrawal process.

bjdb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where bjdb has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or where account closure is required to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other Players.

7.1 Grounds for Suspension or Closure

Circumstances that may result in Account suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including prohibited conduct as described in Section 6
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen payment methods
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant and subject to a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100, deducted from the remaining balance until the balance reaches zero or the Player reactivates the account
• A Player's own request for self-exclusion submitted through bjdb's responsible gaming tools
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from a Player's payment provider

7.2 Closure by the Player

Players may request voluntary closure of their bjdb Account at any time by contacting bjdb support at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, bjdb will process any eligible outstanding withdrawals to the Player's verified payment method before deactivating the account. Please allow up to five (5) business days for the closure process to be completed. Players who close their account voluntarily may re-register at a later date, subject to the eligibility criteria in Section 2.

7.3 Effect of Closure

Upon closure of an Account — whether initiated by the Player or by bjdb — the Player's right to access the Platform and all associated services is immediately revoked. Any bonus funds remaining in the Account at the time of closure are forfeited in their entirety. Cash balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their most recently verified payment method, less any applicable fees, provided no outstanding breach investigation is pending.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bjdb, its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and affiliated companies shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Player's use of or inability to use the bjdb Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

8.1 Platform Availability

bjdb aims to maintain Platform availability of 99.9% on an annual basis. However, bjdb does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance windows, emergency technical interventions, third-party service outages, or force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, cyberattacks, or telecommunications failures) may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform. bjdb shall not be liable for any losses incurred by Players as a result of Platform unavailability due to these causes.

8.2 Game Outcomes

All game outcomes on the bjdb Platform are determined by independently certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcomes of real dealer actions in regulated studio environments. bjdb does not influence, manipulate, or interfere with any game outcome. The results of all games are final once confirmed by the Platform's game engine. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, bjdb reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account.

8.3 Third-Party Providers

The bjdb Platform integrates games and services provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. bjdb is not responsible for any errors, faults, or service interruptions originating from these third-party providers. Players' disputes regarding specific game outcomes from third-party providers may be escalated to the relevant provider in accordance with their own published dispute resolution procedures.

8.4 Maximum Liability

Where bjdb is found to be liable to a Player in connection with their use of the Platform — notwithstanding the exclusions above — bjdb's total aggregate liability to that Player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their bjdb Account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.5 Contact & Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the bjdb Platform, your Account, or a specific game outcome, you should first contact bjdb's customer support team at [email protected] with full details of your concern. bjdb will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within five (5) business days. bjdb is committed to fair, transparent, and timely resolution of all Player disputes.
